Dr. Best is the program director for the Ascension Macomb-Oakland orthopedic residency and Clinical Assistant Professor of orthopedic surgery for Michigan State University MSUCOM He is core faculty for the Ascension Providence MSUCHM residency program. His clinical interests are in orthopedic traumatology & rehabilitation, foot/ankle trauma, pediatric fractures and upper extremity trauma. He treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions at Ascension Medical Group St. John Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Pediatric fractures that he treats include but are not limited to fractures of the wrist, forearm, humerus, elbow, shoulder, pelvis, hip, femur, tibia, ankle and foot. Dr. Best enjoys helping people return to normal activity after set-back in their orthopedic health. He is married with 3 children.
